I have been coming to Noshin for almost a month now and am SO happy I came! I am currently pregnant and wanted to make sure my pelvic floor was strong for pregnancy and postpartum to avoid numerous complications and Noshin has been so incredibly helpful. She is so knowledgeable in her field and always explains everything to me in detail. She also helped get to the root cause of some of the pains I was experiencing in pregnancy such as constipation, calf cramps, back pain and more. She is also helping me strengthen my core and help me prepare me for birth, including giving exercises to get baby into the correct position and more. I have been a client of Medic Physiotherapy for many years. Noshin has been my 'go to' professional for all my pain and injury treatments.
It started when I twisted my knee 3 days before I was to travel to California. She came to my home and did Shockwave therapy on my knee the day of the injury and3 days in a row up to my flight. If it wasn't for her, my trip would not have been as enjoyable.

I've been recieving physiotherapy for various ailments related to sports injuries for the past 6mths. Noshin's "hands on" approach to her assessment, and treatment for my injuries is very different than simply hooking me up to a 'machine'.
